Q: Who do you admire and why? 

A:  I have a lot of people I could place here but my wife takes top spot. She has and continues to grow my empathy towards all others. She has taught me to think about situations through the perspective of the other person.

Q: Your favorite food, that you could eat almost every day? 

A:  Garlic butter spaghetti

Q: What is your favorite movie of all-time? 

A: The Matrix

A:  Utah Jazz

A:  Passionate, committed & personable.

Q: What made you interested in working for Massey Services? 
A: Absolutely the Family values and culture, having the authority to help customers, both externally and internally.

Q: What does your average workday look like? 
A: I’m always focused on ensuring we’re meeting our customer’s expectations. I also spend a lot of time creating new relationships with customers and developing our team members.

Q: What is the best part about your job and why?
A: I love being a part of Massey Services. I enjoy being able to talk with our team on how to develop more efficient methods to provide the best customer service possible. I also always enjoy delivering on our promises to customers.

Q: Which skills have you learned on the job? 
A: I have become a better decision maker. I have also learned how to hold others accountable. And finally, I have gained better strength in how to become a stronger leader and positively influence others.

Q: What do you believe makes your career at Massey Services truly unique? 
A: I have had the opportunity to be a manager in several areas of our business, including Customer Care, GreenUP Landscape Services (our lawn care division), Commercial Services, Residential Pest & Termite, and most recently, our New Construction division.
